Requests from your website form and your inbox land in one place — captured, timestamped, and ready to work with. No more toggling between tabs to piece a lead together.
An AI agent reads incoming messages and attachments, extracts client and project details, and files each document against the right record. Anything ambiguous is flagged for a human to review before it's stored.
A pipeline view of every active request, a per-client profile page with the full document history, and search and filters that actually find what you need — built for your team, not a demo.

Three things this project intentionally does not do — because doing them well would mean building the wrong tool.
No pricing automation.
Pricing stays with your team, since it varies by client.
No booking automation.
Meeting durations are too variable for a rigid calendar.
No task assignment.
